Arthur Hall in New Orleans
with Allan Jaffe & Anthony "Wild Man" Lacen

from materials received
March 19, 2009 from Wesley O. Brustad

These photographs tell a story of some of the origins of Fat Tuesday.
Allan Jaffe shows Arthur around New Orleans, they visit an artist, and they visit
Anthony Lacen, after meeting him in a bar. Anthony is also known as "Trombone Fats,"
the sousa player for the Olympia Brass Band, as well as the "Wild Man" of the Mardi Gras Indians.
