Between 2000 and 2007 Ile Ife Films was largely dormant, simply maintaining its nonprofit status.

The impetus for us to actively pursue the creation of a digital archive of the
Arthur Hall Collection was provided by the Arthur Hall alumni of Philadelphia
who came to Maine for that purpose in 2008. See more history.
